Cancellation Policy
•DEPOSITS:
Deposits are required for most services. Deposits will go towards your service. If you reschedule before 24hrs, your deposit will be transferred over to your new appointment. IF rescheduling is made less than 24hrs, a NEW deposit is required. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
•CANCELLATION:
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment.
•NO-SHOWS:
No-Shows will result in 100% charge for your scheduled service and re-booking will not be allowed until fee is paid.
•LATE:
There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We reserve the right to decline service for any reason that risks our safety and well being .
